The Hiawatha Room
With room for up to 120 guests, the large Hiawatha Room is an excellent space for meetings, product presentations, or demonstrations. This 68-by-34-foot event space has a cozy fireplace, rustic paneling on the walls, and stunning images of the surrounding Hiawatha National Forest, captured by a local photographer.Amenities:

Named for Doug VanArnam, the long-time General Manager of the Smithers Winter Test Center, our smaller conference room comfortably seats ten to twelve people. The room’s focal point is a stunning, unique executive table, handcrafted by a local carpenter.Amenities:
